The restructuring will enable this innovative business unit to develop independently, to open up to investors from the industry and to expand its product range. PD Dr Damian A. The court dismissed the action inter alia in its entirety on the grounds of lack of unlawfulness (no evidence of unlawful trade secret infringement) and lack of causality and ordered the counterparty to pay the court costs and a party cost compensation. The judgement is final.

The Government Council of the Canton of Zurich has approved RUOSS VÖGELE's appeal on behalf of its client against the claw-back order of the Department of Finance. The company may retain the state contributions in full and will receive litigation compensation.

Since January 1, 2024, the revision of the Insurance Supervision Act (ISA) has introduced new provisions for the intermediation of insurance contracts. The revised insurance intermediary law also contains special provisions on dealing with conflicts of interest.
