Revised and possibly generally binding Industry Agreement "Intermediaries" (in German)

The Industry Agreement "Intermediaries" contains requirements for health and supplementary health insurers with regard to their cooperation with intermediaries. It was revised with effect from 1 September 2023. It is intended to declare the Industry Agreement generally binding with regard to certain regulations at the beginning of 2024.
