RUOSS VÖGELE wins an appeal in front of the High Court of Zurich against the re-entry of a company in the register of commerce and the therewith connected re-opening of bankruptcy proceedings. The dispute concerned the Swiss subsidiary – acting as a project vehicle - of a client internationally active in the IT field. The re-entry in the register of commerce and the re-opening of the bankruptcy proceedings was requested by opponent in the context of a pending civil litigation, allegedly in order to request assignment of personal liability claims against the directors of client.
