Decision on jurisdiction of arbitrator upheld

Pascale Gola of RUOSS VÖGELE renders a decision on her jurisdiction as a sole arbitrator. One of the parties files an appeal against this decision. The Swiss Federal Tribunal, however, confirms the decision of the sole arbitrator in its entirety and dismisses the appeal.
