Pascale Gola of Ruoss Vögele in her function as chairperson of an arbitral tribunal renders together with two co-arbitrators an arbitral award under the Swiss SIA Rules of Arbitration. Such award is based on a consent between the parties that was found at a settlement hearing in front of the arbitral tribunal including a technical expert. The dispute arose from a construction project in Switzerland.
