RUOSS VÖGELE advises a foreign investor on the acquisition of a large 4-Star Hotel in Switzerland. In addition to the performance of a due diligence and the re-negotiation of the purchase price, the mandate included the drafting and negotiating of the share purchase agreement together with related documents as well as the obtaining of the necessary governmental permissions and the execution of the closing.
