With his inaugural lecture on «Organization and Liability in Stock Corporation Law» of 23 September 2019, our counsel PD Dr. iur. Damian A. Fischer, LL.M. (Stanford) formally completed his habilitation procedure at the University of Zurich. As a private lecturer (PD) UZH with teaching authority for «Private and Commercial Law» (since 2018), he has been teaching for several years at Bachelor and Master level at the University of Zurich and is active in legal research. We are delighted to have him as a proven business law expert in our firm.
