Alena Hinder has been an Attorney at Law at RUOSS VÖGELE since August 2020. Previously she gained experience at another commercial law firm and at court. She advises companies as well as private individuals based in Switzerland and abroad in various fields of law and handles court proceedings before courts of various instances for enforcement of claims. Her preferred practice areas include tenancy law, employment law, as well as corporate and contract law.

Sale of equity interest

RUOSS VÖGELE advises a founding partner of a Swiss company active in the leisure and outdoor sector on the sale of his shares as well as the orderly exit from the company in the context of a management buyout. In addition to the sale of his shares in the company, comprehensive exit agreements had to be concluded, covering also the repayment of shareholder loans and the termination of the employment relationship (including the settlement of bonus claims).
